The weather got warm enough to melt the snow. Now it’ll get cold enough to turn it back into ice.

The National Weather Service has issued two alerts, saying temperatures rose above the freezing mark throughout eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, resulting in a fair amount of snowmelt.

Residual water, however, will freeze as temperatures fall into the 10 to 20 degree range Sunday night and Monday morning.
