Fewer homes are selling in New Jersey amid rising prices and soaring interest rates.
The median sales price is down month-over-month in 16 of New Jersey’s 21 counties. The number of days homes are spending on the market is up in 17 counties. And the number of new listings are down in 12 counties, according to September data released this week by New Jersey Realtors.
