Prices of homes at the Jersey Shore are skyrocketing thanks to the pandemic — helping the market in those coastal towns finally recover from the effects of Hurricane Sandy.
“Households are recalibrating how we spend our leisure dollars and a very common theme has been to look inwardly,” said Jeffrey Otteau, a real estate economist and president of the Otteau Group.
